    Smart Innovation Center s.r.o. is a science and technology park with a business incubator, focused on supporting innovation, technology entrepreneurship, and collaboration between companies, research organizations, and universities. The company’s primary objective is to create an environment that fosters innovative entrepreneurship in areas oriented towards SMART technologies, Industry 4.0, innovation activities, space sectors, and others.

    Key components of the company’s infrastructure include:
    • SmartPark Brno – an innovation center providing a science and technology park environment for research, development, and innovation in biotechnology, biomedical, smart, and space sectors.
    • SKELET Ostrava – a complex science and technology park and business incubator. Building A serves the development of innovative companies and projects in the field of SMART solutions, while Building B complements the park’s services with multifunctional spaces.

    • TROLL nanosatellite – development and successful launch of the TROLL nanosatellite demonstrating advanced space technologies, onboard data processing, and hyperspectral imaging.

    Innovative entrepreneurship training

    Smart Innovation Center s.r.o. actively supports the development of innovative entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competencies by creating an environment in which innovative teams and early-stage entrepreneurs gain practical experience, professional guidance, and mentoring already in the initial phases of their business and technological development.

    The development of innovative entrepreneurship is also implemented through cooperation with regional institutions that support business and innovation, in particular the Regional Development Agency of South Moravia, the Chamber of Commerce of South Moravia, the Czech Chamber of Commerce, and the regional office of CzechInvest. In collaboration with these partners, seminars, workshops, and professional meetings are organized for companies operating within Smart Innovation Center.

    These activities are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of innovative companies and cover areas such as legal and grant advisory, accounting and economic support, technological development, and strategic business management.

    Support also includes the incubation and settlement of innovative companies.     Cooperation with universities
